Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of AppQuack and to purchases made through AppQuack.

By using AppQuack or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. What AppQuack provides

AppQuack provides app and web-app concepts, supporting creative materials, and optional paid products designed to help you explore, validate and start building an idea.

Depending on the product you choose, this may include:

These materials are intended as starting points for your own development work. They are not finished, production-ready businesses or guaranteed launch-ready products.

2. AI-generated and AI-assisted content

Some AppQuack concepts, text, branding, UI references, technical recommendations, prompts and other materials may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence.

AI-generated materials may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies or similarities to third-party products or materials.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing and adapting anything you use before relying on it commercially.

3. No guarantee of originality or IP clearance

AppQuack does not guarantee that any idea, name, logo, UI concept, feature, business model or other material is completely original.

Similar products, brands, designs or concepts may already exist or may be created independently by others.

AppQuack does not provide trademark, patent, copyright or other intellectual-property clearance, and does not guarantee freedom to operate.

Before launching commercially, you are responsible for carrying out appropriate checks relating to trademarks, company names, domains, app-store names, designs and other relevant intellectual-property rights.

4. Branding and UI assets

Any logo, colour palette, font selection, UI reference or branding supplied by AppQuack is provided as a starter concept.

These assets are not trademark-cleared, legally approved or guaranteed to be unique.

You may use them as a creative starting point, but you should check availability and adapt or replace them where appropriate before commercial launch.

5. Build Packs

A Build Pack may contain materials such as:

Build Packs are designed to help you get started more quickly. They do not guarantee that an AI builder, developer or software tool will reproduce the supplied UI exactly or create a working production application without further development, testing or modification.

The AI-ready build prompt and UI reference supplied in a Build Pack are starting inputs for your chosen AI builder. Different AI builders may interpret the same prompt or reference differently, and the output you receive may not exactly match the supplied UI reference or fully or accurately implement everything described in the prompt. You should review, test and adjust the result before relying on it.

6. Licence to use Build Pack materials

When you purchase a Build Pack, AppQuack grants you a non-exclusive licence to use, modify and adapt the supplied materials for your own commercial or non-commercial projects.

You may use the materials to build and launch your own product.

You may not:

Your licence relates to the supplied materials only and does not give you ownership of AppQuack, its platform, database, branding or underlying service.

7. Claiming an idea

A Claim removes the relevant idea from AppQuack once the Claim has been successfully completed and confirmed.

After a successful Claim, the idea will no longer be available for new users to discover, save or purchase through AppQuack.

A Claim does not:

A Claim only removes that idea from future availability on AppQuack.

8. When a Claim becomes effective

A Claim is only complete once payment has successfully processed and AppQuack confirms the transaction.

Until confirmation occurs, the idea may remain available to other users.

If two Claim purchases are processed at substantially the same time because of a technical or payment error, AppQuack may cancel and refund the later transaction.

9. Digital content, cancellations and refunds

Build Packs and other downloadable materials are digital content.

Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right may end once delivery begins.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if digital content is faulty, materially misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

Claims are performed immediately by removing the relevant idea from AppQuack once payment is confirmed.

If there is a duplicate payment, technical failure or other genuine problem with your order, please contact us and we will review it.

10. No guarantee of commercial success

AppQuack provides ideas, inspiration and development starting points only.

We do not guarantee that any concept will:

Any language used on AppQuack such as "build it", "ship it" or "make it pay" is promotional language and not a guarantee of earnings or commercial results.

11. Your responsibility when building

You are responsible for anything you build, publish or operate using AppQuack materials.

This includes responsibility for:

Technical recommendations supplied by AppQuack should be reviewed before being used in a live production environment.

12. Third-party tools and services

AppQuack may link to or recommend third-party services, including AI builders, development tools, hosting services, payment providers and other software products.

These services are operated independently of AppQuack.

We do not control and are not responsible for their:

Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and policies.

13. Affiliate links and commercial relationships

Some links on AppQuack may be affiliate or referral links.

This means AppQuack may receive a commission, referral fee, credit or other benefit if you sign up for or purchase a third-party product through one of those links.

This normally does not increase the price you pay.

Affiliate relationships do not guarantee that a third-party product will be suitable for you, and you should make your own decision before purchasing or subscribing.

14. Sponsored content and advertising

AppQuack may display sponsored listings, advertisements or promoted products from third parties.

Sponsored content will be identified where appropriate.

Payment from a sponsor does not amount to an endorsement or guarantee of that sponsor's product or service.

15. Availability and changes to the service

We may update, change, add or remove AppQuack features, concepts, prices, categories, Build Pack contents or third-party integrations from time to time.

We may also retire or remove ideas from the platform.

We do not guarantee that AppQuack, any specific idea or any third-party integration will always remain available.

16. AppQuack intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, AppQuack's website, software, branding, database structure, editorial content and platform materials are owned by AppQuack or its licensors.

Purchasing a Build Pack or Claim does not transfer ownership of AppQuack or its underlying platform.

17. Acceptable use

You must not use AppQuack to:

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, AppQuack is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of an idea, Build Pack, third-party service or other AppQuack material.

You remain responsible for reviewing and testing anything you build before commercial launch.

19. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

If any part of these Terms conflicts with a right that cannot legally be excluded, that statutory right will continue to apply.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on AppQuack with the date of the most recent update.

Changes will not affect rights you have already acquired in relation to completed purchases except where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence.
